I’ve always been fascinated with Cameron Diaz. She always manages to pull total sophistication while maintaining an endearingly down-to-earth persona. From the silver screen to the red carpet, Cameron just oozes with confidence. That’s probably why she never hesitates to show her goofy side. She was hilarious in The Sweetest Thing and There’s Something About Mary. Those were my favorites.

Speaking of favorites, I always anticipate her latest self-reinvention. Last year, she was a brunette at the Oscars and she looked fabulous. This year, she’s back as a presenter and this time sporting a blondish, tousled ‘do. Her barely-there makeup and her usual strapless gown, this year made by Dior, complemented each other like Romeo and Juliet.

And who can miss those sparkling Bvlgari ring and earrings? She may have forgotten the jeweler’s name at the Red Carpet and had to ask her assistant about it, but I’m sure the folks at Bvlgari will forgive Cam for the boo-boo. Those sparklers are worth a lot of money but Cameron made them look like they’re a hundred million dollars with the way she carried them. My point is, it’s not how expensive the gem or the dress is, it’s about the attitude, baby. So with that in mind, I think Miss Diaz can wear this and people would think it’s 50 grand when in truth, it’s less than 50 bucks! And that dazzling ring she wore? I’ve found something as fabulous right here and now it’s in a great display section, right here around my finger!
