I saw a photo of Mariah Carey all adorned with what seems to be Heidi Klum or Van Cleef and Arpels jewelry. Their very similar clover concepts make it hard for me to distinguish who made which. Anyhoo, the disturbed diva made the pieces look like Christmas tree tinsels, probably because of the color of her top. Don’t get me wrong. I like Mariah, although sometimes she reminds me a bit of Anna Nicole Smith during interviews, and I LOVE clovers. That’s why I’m all hot for Heidi Klum’s jewelry collection, even if she seems to be the copycat here.

Her pieces ook funky and totally feminine and yet, timeless and elegant at the same time. I can’t wait to own a set or two. But I just got myself a pair of Manolo Blahnik’s, which means my credit card is all maxed out and I’m going to be on a diet of coke and crackers for the next three months just to pay rent. So I can’t get the genuine Heidi Klum jewelry right now.

Fortunately for me, I found Heidi Klum-inspired items. I especially love this set! They looked fabulous when I wore them both at the same time! I have to admit, I thought I looked better than Mariah, but there’s nothing to compare since she had on Van Cleef’s!

But this isn’t the end of my Heidi Klum jewelry fascination. I sooo loved Heidi at last year’s Emmy’s: she pulled off glamour, sex-appeal, and glitter with seemingly no effort at all (but we all know she must have spent 24 hours to get ready - that’s what celebrities usually do). I can’t take my eyes off her funky, dangling earrings, which she designed herself and which I found a similar pair of.
