Looks like Katherine Heigl has done it again. After the success of Knocked Up, she’s just scored another blockbuster hit with the romantic comedy 27 Dresses.

Well, she might have been always a bridesmaid and never a bride in 27 Dresses and she might not have had much luck in love as Dr. Izzie Stevens in Grey’s Anatomy, but in real life, it’s the complete opposite. On December 23, Katherine and singer Josh Kelley have finally tied the knot in a very romantic Christmas wedding in Utah’s Deer Valley amongst huge evergreens, twinkling lights, and tinsel - the works. (No, Santa Claus or Rudolph, though, thank heavens!)

And with a rock that big, it’s about time, too! Incidentally, the 3-carat pear-shaped engagement ring was designed by Katherine’s favorite jeweler, Ryan Ryan, who has decorated the star in various red carpet events over the years. The ring also has a bit of history in it - half the platinum band was from Katherine’s mom’s own engagement ring! How cute is that?

Now, if you feel like you’re getting engaged anytime soon, here’s hoping that it’s not all in your head and that you’ll get a ring of similar proportions with a twist; not that you’d call a canary yellow CZ diamond a mere twist, but whatever. Or, if no engagement is in the horizon, might as well look fabulous like Katherine in the Emmy’s with a killer bracelet. This might potentially snag you a hot up-and-coming singer, but don’t push your luck.
